Rock Hill, SC – Steve Warner Parker, 70, passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at Atrium – Pineville.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC. Services will be private.
Born in Rock Hill, SC, Mr. Parker was the son of the late Joseph Monroe Parker, Jr. and the late Jane Morris Parker. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Annette Parker, and his sister, Lucy Morgan Holliman. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. Most importantly, he valued time with his family.
Surviving are his four brothers, Joseph Monroe (Phyllis) Parker III, Jerry Moore Parker, Michael J. (Barbara) Parker, Danny (Joy) Parker; his son, Nicholas G. (Jessica) Jolly; his granddaughter, Claire Jolly; his brother-in-law, Jesse Holliman; and many nieces and nephews, with his nieces, Hope (Edward) LeCroy and April (Matt) Ballard caring for him over the past several years.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Parker’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
