Rock Hill, SC – Mildred H. Stewart ,90, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 24, 2024.
Born in Smyrna, SC on February 26, 1934. She was the daughter of the late Finley Harden and the late Nellie Martin Harden. Mildred was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose life was defined by her devotion to family.
She is survived by her son, Bruce Stewart of York, SC, and her daughter, Elaine Howard of Rock Hill, SC; her seven grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Stewart, and her sons, Mike Stewart and Steve Stewart. She is also preceded in death by her grandson, Trinity Howard.
Mildred’s life was marked by love, strength, and a deep connection to her family. She will be forever remembered and greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Family will be at each respective home.
