Rock Hill, SC – Michelle P. Brewer, 51, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 27, 2025 after a short but courageous battle with Non-Alcoholic Cirrhosis.
Michelle was born on May 6, 1973 to the late Milton “Mickey” L. Peake and Dianne R. Wingate. Her greatest joys were being Mama to her two children, Courtney and Jordan, and Mimi to her beloved grandson, Fox.
Her family and friends will miss Michelle’s beautiful smile, infectious laugh, witty sense of humor, exuberant facial expressions, and her need to have her lipstick just right.
She is survived by her daughter, Courtney Lavender (Leland Graham) of Sterling, VA, and son, Jordan Brewer of Rock Hill; grandson, Fox Graham of Sterling, VA; sister, Jennifer Sanders (Scott) of Rock Hill; nephew and niece, Harrison Luthren of Columbia and Anna Grace Luthren of Rock Hill; and parents, Dianne and Jerry Wingate of Rock Hill.
She is also survived by her stepchildren and their children (11): Brantlee Correll, Marc Brewer, and Suzanne Brewer; as well as her childhood best friend, Wendy “Lucy” Scott, and special friend, Terri P. Hottle.
In addition to her father, Michelle was predeceased by her loving husband, Dennis H. Brewer.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-6:45 pm on Friday, March 28, 2025 at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
