Rock Hill, SC – Judy (Stephens) Martin passed away peacefully on March 28, 2025. She was preceded in death by her mother Judy Williams, her father William Stephens Sr, brother William Stephens Jr. She is survived by her husband Theodore Martin, her son Kenneth Stephens (Brittaney), and her daughter Karley Harbert (Jim). She leaves behind 8 grandchildren, 3 loving sisters- Marcia Frasure (Ritchie), Samantha Stephens, and Wendy Stephens, and 17 nieces and nephews. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday April 5, 2025 at 9:00 am, located at 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC, 29730. The service will begin at 9:00 am, with the visitation following the service. Judy will be laid to rest at Grandview Memorial Garden on Hollis Lakes Road.
