Joseph Armstrong, 80, Lake Wylie, SC, went to be with his Lord & Savior on March 13, 2025 at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House. Joe was born in Bronx, NY on October 12, 1944.
Joe was preceded in death by his son, Keith Armstrong. Joe is survived by his wife, Joan Armstrong of Lake Wylie, SC; son, Bill Armstrong of Lake Wylie, SC; two grandchildren, Kayla Armstrong of Lake Wylie, SC, and Tyler Armstrong of Fort Mill, SC. He is also survived by his brother, John Armstrong of Deer Park, NY; sister, Kathy MacCloud of East Setauket, NY.
Joe was an avid hunter, golfer, and bowler. He had the biggest smile that could light up any room. He loved life and loved people. He loved spending time with his family. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He would help anyone who needed it.
Joe’s service will be military and a celebration of his life. Please wear something causal but fun in honor of Joe. His service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 2 PM at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC, 29732.
