Rock Hill, SC – Mrs. Frances Ellen Allen, 75, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023 at her home.
Mrs. Allen was born in Rock Hill, SC, and was the daughter of the late Henry David Nichols and the late Tessie Sisk Nichols. In addition to her parents Mrs. Allen was preceded in death by her Husband, William Andrew Allen, three brothers and three sisters.
Services for Mrs. Allen will be at 2:00 pm, Friday, December 15, 2023 at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel with Jerry Devinney officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Allen is survived by three daughters, Linda A Burns, Anglia Allen Rollins, and Terri C. Scott (Michael); her brother, Ronnie E Nichols; her grandchildren Crystal Blackwell, Brittany Hammonds, Taylor Young, Ashley Starnes (Phillip), Lauren Scott, Tristan Scott. Great-grandchildren Jaylyn Mullinax, William Starnes, Nathan Starnes, Ansleigh Hammonds, Warren Young, Malayna Starnes and Witten Young.
