Rock Hill, SC – Mrs. Frances Ann Hay Mickle, 84, passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Hospice & Community Care.
Mrs. Mickle was born in Lancaster, SC, and was the daughter of the late James F Hay and the late Lucille Fauling Hay. She was of the Presbyterian faith and formerly worked in the Catalog Department of Sears. She loved to be a homemaker for her family. She also loved beach music working in the yard, and NASCAR racing. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mickle is preceded in death by her husband, William Edward Mickle, Jr.; her son, Jeff Mickle, and her sister, Nancy Jane Smith.
A graveside service will be held 2:00, Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at Forest Hills Cemetery, 4290 Old York Road. The family will receive friends after the service at the cemetery.
Mrs. Mickle is survived her daughter, Suan Massey (Jimmy) of Rock Hill; her sister, Rachel Chube of Rock Hill; her grandchildren, Mickey Deal, and Brianna Young (Will); and her great-grandchildren, Addison Young and Carleigh Freeman.
