Rock Hill, SC – Delly Bentos-Pereira 77, passed away peacefully on May 5, 2024. She was born in Montevideo, Uruguay on November 27, 1946, and was the daughter to the late Elda Nunez. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Dardo Bentos-Pereira.
She was survived by her sons Fabian (Roxana), Jair (Vicky) and Gerardo (Margaret) . Delly was a proud and loving grandmother to Camila, Matias, Breanna, Natalie, Adrian, Izabella, Alexandra, Victoria, and Emaleya.
Delly always knew the right thing to say, never missed a special date, loved to cook, enjoyed gardening and her main focus in life was being the best mother and grandmother that she could be. She excelled at propping up her family and friends and supporting them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. Ultimately, Delly was a fierce woman – holding fast to her beliefs, defending those she loved, and always seeking to better herself.
There will be no services for Mrs. Bentos-Pereira.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Delly Bentos-Pereira’s name to Glioblastoma Foundation and/or American Cancer Society.
