Rock Hill, SC – Carole Criminger was born in Rock Hill to Sue Knight Lindsey and Judge Lindsey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her bonus daddy, Wylie Engle, her brother, James R. Lindsey, and her best friend, Geraldine Baker.
Carole is survived by her girls, Terri Childers of the home, Lisa Fudge of Rock Hill, Lori Criminger of York, and Jodi Criminger of Rock Hill; her 12 grandchildren, Sandy Bailey (Jason), Jamie Cook (Lewis), Tori Blanchett (Chad), David Criminger, Carissa Childers, Caitlin White (Tyler), Rhiannon Criminger (Stephon); her 8 great-grandchildren, Holden, Davis, Gabriel, Westin, Sawyer, Brooks, Jayden, and Princess Laney; her sisters and their families, Kay Falls of Blacksburg and Linda Lindsey of Rock Hill.
Carole worked at various retirement homes in Rock Hill. She adored her residents and co-workers. She enjoyed fishing, going for rides in the country, going to flower gardens, and planting flowers. She valued her family dinners twice a month, every month. Carole loved holding babies and she never met a stranger.
In honor of our mother, who was without a doubt, the kindest human ever, do something nice for someone else and be kind to your fellow man. We also extend a special thanks to Amanda Phan and Shana Miller with Agape Hospice.
Carole will be honored by her girls at a private Celebration of Life.
