Rock Hill, SC – Alice Faye Sanderson passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at her home.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Burial will be private.
Alice was born in Williamston, NC and was the daughter of the late John Hoggard and the late Lillie Cherry Hoggard. She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Sanderson.
Alice was a talented auctioneer at the Red Barn Auction and was a well-known business owner of Del Mar’s. She found joy in both of these careers. Alice also loved spending time with her pets, but most of all, she enjoyed entertaining her friends and family.
Alice is survived by her brother, several nieces and nephews, several great-nieces and great-nephews, other family members, and close friends.
Friends can pay tribute to Alice by bringing a single rose to place on her casket.
