Patricia A Moore, 88, of Rock Hill, South Carolina, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday November 9, 2024. Patricia was born on October 14, 1936, in Andover, New York to the late James and Florence Baker of Andover, New York. She is preceded in death by her husband Martin Moore and son James “JD” Rife, brothers James Baker Jr, John Baker, A. Michael (Mickey) Baker, and sister Rosemary Burger.
Patricia was the owner of Total Home Medical Equipment, a durable medical equipment company.
Her passion was to volunteer anytime she could, for her church, Divine Savior Catholic Church. Her specialty was working on the church’s golf tournament each year and putting together several gift baskets that would be raffled off. She is known for her welcoming personality, sense of humor and love for her family. She would light up any room.
She is survived by her children, Cecilia Crawford(Daniel) of Rochester, NY, Theresa Eshenbaugh (Jeff) of Rock Hill, Elizabeth Rife (Jim Kleehammer) of Rochester, NY, Monica Gabriele(Scott) of Rock Hill, Julia Cope(Bill) of Oakboro, NC, Marcella Barker (Glen) of Rock Hill, Thomas Rife (Ginenne) of Clover, SC, Stepson Martin Moore (Debbie) of Rochester, NY. She is survived by her many grandchildren; great grandchildren and she cherished every moment she was able to spend with them. Along with many nieces and nephews who fondly called her Aunt Tesh.
The family will receive visitation at the home of Theresa and Jeff Eshenbaugh, on Friday November 22, 2024, from 3:00-7:00pm at 4708 Windchime Lane, Rock Hill, SC 29732. Funeral services will be held on Saturday November 23, 2024, at 11:00am at Divine Savior Catholic Church, 232 Herndon Ave, York, SC 29745
