Lt. Col. Robert Delanie Neal born on September 8, 1947. He was born in Rock Hill, SC to the late Robert G. Neal and Gladys Boone Neal Lane. He graduated from Rock Hill High School, class of 1965. After graduating he joined the Marine Corp and served a tour & and a half in Vietnam in 1968. After Vietnam, Lane returned to Rock Hill and attended University of South Carolina. After graduating USC, Lane rejoined the Marine Corp where he spent the next 27 years. With Active deployment in Panama & Croatia. Lane was a member of the American Region, Elks Club, and a Mason. He is survived by his wife, Joanne Cuillo of Fort Mill, SC. All services will be private.
