Rock Hill, SC – Rebecca Paul Broome, 85, passed away on June 23, 2024. She was born on June 28, 1938, to the late Arthur Paul and the late Rhoda Jackson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Grady Broome; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Harrison; granddaughter, April Danielle Totherow.
She is survived by her two sons Steven Ray Totherow (Ronda), William Brent Totherow; two daughters, Janet Williams (Keith) and Shanna Smith, brother, Arthur Fred Paul; five grandchildren, Ethan, Sylvia, Caleb, Candie, Leslie; and eight great-grandchildren.
She enjoyed her time as a school bus driver for the Fort Mill School District as the children were incredibly special to her. She loved spending time with her family and always enjoyed a delicious meal and a challenging word search puzzle book.
There will be a visitation on Friday, June 28, 2024, at 10AM at Greene Funeral Home Downtown Chapel, 355 East White Street, Rock Hill, SC, 29730. The funeral ceremony will start at 11 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Rebecca Paul Broome’s name to Harvest Baptist Church, 153 Miller Pond Road, Rock Hill, SC, 29732.
