Rock Hill – Cynthia Rudder Millsaps, 67, of Rock Hill, SC passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2024.
Born in Rock Hill, SC, Cindy was preceded in death by her father Bobby Gene Rudder.
Cindy is survived by her mother Sylvia Belk Richardson; daughter Marcia Hayley Lehman; sisters Terri Rudder Barnes (Ruck) and Geni Rudder Cullum (Mark); one grandson, six nieces and nephews and seven great nieces and nephews.
Cindy graduated from Winthrop University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 1980 and later earned her MBA and served in the United States Army. Cindy was a member of First Baptist Church in Rock Hill, SC.
She had a love for animals, especially horses, and spent many years riding and showing them. She competed and excelled in Endurance Horse Riding, enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. She had a wonderful since of humor and her laughter will be missed.
A private graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at Grandview Memorial Park.
