Rock Hill, SC – William Cecil “Billy” Vaughn, Jr. 65, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023 at his home.
Memorial services will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC with Reverend Alex Fetterson and Reverend Ed Williams officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
Born in Rock Hill, Billy was the son of the late William Cecil Vaughn, Sr and the late Ruby Lee Rollins Vaughn. His biological parents were mother, Lillie Gentry and the late Donald Engle. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Brie D Vaughn; his wife, Donna Williams Vaughn. He was retired as a journeyman pipefitter. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Billy is survived by two sons, Billy (Ame) Vaughn and Kevin Vaughn both of Rock Hill, and their mother, Rhonda Phillips; two brothers, Ricky Vaughn of Rock Hill, SC, and Scott (Jennifer) Harmon of Myrtle Beach, SC; four sisters, Donna Lee Harmon of Columbia, SC, Susan (Steve) McCarver of Rock Hill, Barbara D Gentry of Rock Hill, and Teresa (Tom) Brotzman of Middletown, NY; five grandchildren, Kevin Jr., Thomas, Sophia, Lyric, and Holden.
